About the role
Prime Air Europe seeks an experienced program manager to build and launch drone delivery sites across Europe, owning integrated launch schedules, coordinating construction, technology installation, and site readiness to launch on committed dates.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of a portfolio of concurrent site launches, including the integrated launch schedule for each site from build start to commercial launch, and be accountable for launching on time

- Own the relationship with host site operations from build start to launch, including site access, shared dock and yard use, minimizing disruption to live operations
- Coordinate installation, commissioning and validation by responsible teams and vendors (IT, GSE, quality, product support) to achieve site system integration and first flight on schedule
- Drive readiness workstreams owned by other teams (regulatory approval, crew hiring/training, operational readiness) and escalate risks to launch date
- Run site launch governance: risk register and readiness reviews, and recommend go/no-go decisions against criteria
- Report status, risk and change control to leadership with clear, decision-ready communications
- Build repeatable launch mechanisms and improve the European launch playbook with lessons from each site
- Travel up to 50% to launch sites across the UK and the EU
