Responsibilities

  • Support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities across a defined geographical area
  • Troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems
  • Provide IT infrastructure support and contribute to in-house technology development and facility launches
  • Deliver high levels of customer service in a dynamic operational environment

Qualifications

  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
  • 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and frequent pushing/pulling/squatting/bending/reaching
