About the role

We are looking for an Audio/Video (AV) Engineer with a strong background in project delivery to design, implement and support our growing AV/UC infrastructure. The role covers AV systems, collaboration platforms, videoconferencing services, and spaces from small meeting rooms to large event spaces, with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable solutions in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and support AV/UC infrastructure across enterprise spaces (complex event spaces ~300-person auditoriums, meeting rooms 4-50 capacity, trading floor systems, live event support, digital signage/IPTV networks).
  • Maintain and support existing technologies; develop design standards for new/expanding spaces.
  • Source and manage MSP contracts to scale operations.
  • Provide exceptional technical support in field installations and end-user troubleshooting, including in-person and remote support (Zoom, Webex).
  • Coordinate with Technology and Infrastructure teams on expansion projects to meet infrastructure needs.
  • Develop and maintain operations and systems in the region with a strategic perspective on AV/UC organization.

Qualifications

  • Deep, broad understanding of enterprise AV (control systems, DSPs, AVoIP, AoIP, digital signage/IPTV, Cisco VC solutions).
  • Experience scaling processes and systems in an enterprise environment (AV and operational systems).
  • Exceptional AV engineering skills; experience in meeting rooms, classrooms, auditoriums/lecture halls, recreation spaces.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with varied priorities.
  • Track record of project delivery from concept to handover.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Autodesk Forma).
  • Familiar with general contractor-led and design-build project phases; ability to hold vendors to performance standards.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, subnetting, basic routing).
  • Ability to present technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders; use data/industry insights to drive strategy.
  • Comfort with hands-on event production and support (in-person and remote).
  • Willing and able to travel to other offices as needed.
  • Fluent in English.
