About the role
Founding Forward Deployed Engineer at Closure, a YC-funded startup focused on helping law enforcement solve crime. Role involves hands-on engineering with users, high autonomy, and pre-scale problem solving in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Live With Users: you will directly engage with users (often in-person) to solve real-world problems.
- Pre-Scale Problem Solver: build solutions that may be one-off analyses or integrations, not necessarily scalable at start.
- Product Thinker & Tinkerer: translate customer pain into actionable product work and roadmap insights.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience (implied by Experience)
