About the role

Role to work directly with the CEO, Head of Business Operations, and founding team to maximize impact of Closure's AI platform in mission-critical settings. Half-builder, half org mapper, half user whisperer; responsible for direct customer deliverables, stakeholder communications, product feedback, and customer trainings to drive adoption in public safety.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with CEO, Head of Business Operations, and founding team to maximize impact of the AI platform in mission-critical settings
  • Design and implement deployment workflows and customer-facing processes
  • Produce product mockups, participate in SteerCos, and deliver customer trainings
  • Act as a liaison between customers and product/engineering to ensure product integrity and customer footprint
  • Perform first-principles analysis to design ideal user experiences and execute with tangible deliverables
  • Build workflows and solutions that drive adoption of AI in public safety agencies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • High pace and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication with executive stakeholders and end-users
  • Analytical mindset with capability to perform data analysis or similar technical tasks
  • Mission-driven and owner mentality
  • Low-ego, high-standards with willingness to do unsexy work when needed
