About the role
We’re looking for a Deployment Strategist to work directly with the CEO, Head of Business Operations, and founding team to maximize the impact of our AI platform in mission-critical settings.
Responsibilities
- Directly collaborates with CEO, Head of Business Operations, and founding team to maximize impact of the AI platform in mission-critical settings
- Designs and builds workflows, product deliverables, SteerCos, and customer trainings to drive product integrity, vision, and customer footprint
- Provides first-principles thinking to shape ideal user experiences and executes with customer deliverables and in-person or artifacts delivery
- Acts as a bridge between executive stakeholders and end-users to ensure adoption and alignment with product goals
Qualifications
- High pace with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with executive and line-level stakeholders, in-person and artifacts
- Analytical mindset with ability to perform data analysis and solve hard problems
- Mission-driven interest in public safety and improving U.S. law enforcement effectiveness
- Owner mentality with proactive ownership over work and outcomes
- Low-ego, high-standards attitude for unsexy but essential work
