About the role
Pulse is building production-grade unstructured document extraction with a multi-stage architecture for accurate, structured data from complex documents. The role is to design, build, and operate features powering extraction, review, and analytics across the stack, in a San Francisco office.
Responsibilities
- Build backend services in Python and secure APIs
- Ship front end features in React and TypeScript for our console and tools
- Improve accuracy, latency, and reliability across the extraction pipeline
- Write tests, own deployments, and monitor production health
- Collaborate with design, ML, and customer-facing teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years building production software, new grads considered
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, plus SQL
- Clear communication and bias to ship
