About the role

Pulse is building production-grade unstructured document extraction. The role focuses on deploying Pulse for strategic customers, designing secure architectures, and delivering production-ready integrations in VPC/on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, architecture, and implementation for VPC and on-prem rollouts
  • Build integrations with S3, Snowflake, Kafka, Databricks, and internal tools
  • Own performance, reliability, and security for single-tenant environments
  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and runbooks
  • Write documentation and train customer teams
  • Track usage, SLAs, and accuracy, and drive expansion

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in software, solutions, or platform engineering
  • Strong Python, APIs, SQL, and AWS
  • Experience with containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability
  • Comfortable with networks, IAM, SSO, and enterprise security reviews
  • Clear communication; some travel as needed
