About the role

The Growth Strategist role involves scaling go-to-market efforts, optimizing customer acquisition, and working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and product to generate immediate impact on revenue and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own operations for the growth team including lead tracking, campaign ROI, etc.
  • Execute and analyze growth experiments across channels.
  • Optimize lead-generation strategies to reach target stakeholders.
  • Drive discovery of new verticals.
  • Iterate on branding and messaging.
  • Build sales enablement material for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the product team to share updates and documentation with our customers.
  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads, refining ICPs, and improving conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • 3+ years of experience in early stage startups, marketing, enterprise customers, or similar.
  • Adept at crafting long-term commercial strategies in dynamic, competitive markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and fast change.
  • Extreme ownership and organization.
  • Self-starter with high autonomy.
  • Basic copy and design skills.
  • Strategic commercial thinking.
  • High sense of urgency and execution focus.
