About the role

Full Stack Engineer at HappyRobot, responsible for end-to-end ownership of product features, infrastructure, and collaboration with founders to shape product development in a high-growth AI startup.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own entire sections of the product, including major parts of the web application.
  • Design, implement, and ship features end-to-end — from UI to APIs to infrastructure.
  • Help optimize and scale voice AI infrastructure, improving latency, reliability, and cost.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and teammates to shape product direction.
  • Ship to production frequently and iterate based on user feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong generalist skills in either front end or back end, comfortable across the stack.
  • Front-end expertise with TypeScript and Next.js, including performance and UX.
  • Back-end experience with Go, building reliable, scalable systems.
  • Product-minded engineer able to balance speed, quality, and scale.
