About the role
FDSEs work with customers to understand issues, architect and build solutions leveraging Simple AI’s Voice AI. Hands-on role spanning problem discovery, design, implementation, and adaptation of the platform to solve high-impact problems, with direct customer collaboration and ownership from day one.
Responsibilities
- Work side by side with customers to understand their toughest issues
- Architect and build solutions using Simple AI’s Voice AI
- Collaborate directly with customer teams, ship code that matters from day one
- Adapt the platform in creative ways to solve high-stakes problems
- Gain exposure to ML, infra, security, product, and enterprise ops
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant, post-college work experience
- Strong engineering background, preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or Physics
- Strong coding ability with proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites (flexible)
