About the role
Founding software engineer role at Simple AI, a YC-backed startup building AI voice that sells. In-person in San Francisco, early-stage with significant equity and ownership, focusing on full-stack development and state-of-the-art LLM/voice AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Developing, evaluating, and deploying state-of-the-art LLM and voice systems that push the limits of conversational AI.
- Help implement solutions for big customers.
- Join as the second hire and founding engineer to build scalable systems and deliver customer-ready products.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for addressing technical challenges.
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills and interest in product design and prioritization.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Passion about learning and keeping up with latest AI advancements.
