About the role

Role focused on shaping user experience and brand through design, frontend implementation, and a design system at an early-stage YC-backed startup. Combines design, frontend development, and product thinking with autonomy to ship.

Responsibilities

  • Design the user experience
  • Implement animations and interactions in code that delight users
  • Translate customer requests into elegant design solutions
  • Build and maintain our design system with reusable components and patterns
  • Prototype rapidly to test ideas and validate concepts

Qualifications

  • Are extremely curious
  • Can communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Good at problem solving and can navigate ambiguous design challenges
  • Strong frontend skills with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
  • Experience with React and Tailwind for building modern interfaces
  • Proof of past work using both Figma and code
