About the role

Founding GTM engineer to drive growth from 1 to 100 by blending technical execution with entrepreneurial growth experiments across the product funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement growth experiments across our entire product funnel from acquisition to activation
  • Build cross-product features like billing systems, onboarding flows, and signup optimization tools
  • Develop growth strategies and measurement frameworks to guide experimentation and evaluate success
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user behavior insights
  • Create tools and systems that enable better user onboarding and engagement across products
  • Growth initiatives that span marketing, product, and engineering

Qualifications

  • Engineering experience with comfort across the entire tech stack
  • B2B sales or consulting experience with significant impact
  • Entrepreneurially minded and able to work independently to identify and solve growth opportunities
  • Product and design intuition to create user-facing features that drive engagement
