About the role

Forward Deployed Engineer role at Rebolt, focused on embedding into client workflows, building and leading a team of forward deployed engineers, and delivering API-driven integrations and customer-facing solutions using Rebolt to automate communications and data flows.

Responsibilities

  • Embed yourself into the client workflow to identify problems and oportunities
  • Build the team of forward deployed engineers
  • Develop solutions using Rebolt to automate phone calls, email, and messaging systems
  • Lead technical implementations and ensure smooth integration with customer systems and data sources
  • Build custom integrations connecting our platform to freight management systems, CRMs, and databases
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate with engineering to feed customer insights back into product development

Qualifications

  • Engineering background with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Python and Typescript
  • Experience with APIs & integrations including REST, GraphQL, OAuth, and JWT
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for customers and stakeholders
  • Customer-centric mindset
