About the role

SDR role focused on outbound outreach to small and mid-sized wellness studios and entrepreneurs, acting as the first point of contact to introduce Arketa and drive pipeline toward Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective customers through outbound outreach (phone, email, social media, and other channels).
  • Build initial connections with wellness studios and entrepreneurs and demonstrate Arketa’s value.
  • Spend ~4 hours daily on outbound outreach to wellness studios via phone, building relationships and sharing Arketa benefits.
  • Help Account Executives by providing context on potential customers and ensuring a delightful initial Arketa experience.

Qualifications

  • Some cold-calling experience, ideally in SMB SaaS, selling to fitness studios, restaurants, or small businesses.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Orum (or similar dialer), Instagram, Loom, Vidyard and lead sources.
  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
  • Fitness Enthusiast: experience in a fitness studio and familiarity with studio software (bonus if Arketa or MindBody used).
  • Sales talent with outbound experience across phone, email, messaging, and creative outreach.
  • Strong communicator with written and verbal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Grit, determination, and persistence to drive results.
  • Organized and driven, able to manage multiple leads and priorities and keep data updated in CRM.
