Responsibilities
- Manage a team of remote bookkeepers
- Ensure monthly compliance and accuracy for our customer’s books
- Assist and solve customer queries
- Improve monthly accounting processes
- Manage your own set of customers
- Be deadline driven
Qualifications
- 3 years Accounting experience
- Qualified CPA or in the process
- Experience in managing a team of bookkeepers
- Location: Remote, willing to work EST time zone
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication across teams and with international stakeholders
