About the role

Senior Software Engineer role at Hadrius, a YC-backed company automating securities compliance. Full-time, onsite in New York, NY. Tech stack includes Django/Python, React/Next/TypeScript, hosted on AWS.

Responsibilities

  • First week: push your first PR to production; understand Hadrius problems, ICP, value proposition, platform, pricing, and roadmap; learn the Hadrius way; get up to speed on the codebase; contribute to product discussions in weekly all hands.
  • First month: implement a big feature that directly leads to new revenue; lead from the front; help others through code-review and technical design reviews.
  • First 3 months & beyond: become the defacto owner of your domain within the product; PMs, CSMs, Sales and Founders know you are the go-to person; train and hire new team members as you scale your impact

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • Organized and clear communicator with a penchant for solving problems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
