About the role

Hands-on AI Engineering Lead role in New York, NY. Lead and own Hadrius's AI efforts, design and build the future of the financial system, onboarded onsite with a small meetings culture and broad scope for engineers.

Responsibilities

  • First week: push your first PR to production; understand core problems, ICP, value proposition, Hadrius platform, pricing, and roadmap; learn the Hadrius way; get up to speed on codebase and AI efforts
  • First month: deploy 2-3 meaningful improvements to AI experiences; own the AI architecture for the entire Hadrius product
  • First 3 months & beyond: pioneer and guide AI efforts; continue to develop skills with scaling as clients grow; hire and mentor new team members

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of engineering experience
  • Built and deployed agentic experiences, owning end-to-end processes (logging, labeling, evals)
  • Clear communicator with problem-solving focus
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
