Social Media Content Creator & Community Builder
About the role
A role focused on boosting engagement on social media channels for Eze by creating captivating content and nurturing the online community.
Responsibilities
- Craft and implement a comprehensive content calendar for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Produce and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing products, warehouse operations, and other relevant content.
- Write engaging captions, create graphics, and ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity.
- Foster a strong community by engaging with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content.
- Organise and host live sessions, Q&As, and other community-driven events.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand community reach and engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase follower count, engagement rates, and overall brand presence on social media.
- Stay abreast of social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Continuously refine strategy based on performance metrics and industry trends.
- Work closely with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and identify content opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and community engagement.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
