About the role

Ops-focused role to own execution, enforce discipline, and drive fast, cross-functional delivery in Enerjazz's EV battery financing business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Relentless Execution: track and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets across sales, finance, support, and data; close action items with the founder; escalate delays; enforce SOPs, reviews, and internal SLAs.
  • Be Resourceful & Hands-On: unblock issues, field visits, sales calls, support follow-ups, and data checks; create trackers and workflows to smooth daily ops.
  • Align & Coordinate Teams: run tight daily/weekly reviews with sales, finance, and support; ensure clear goals and accountability; resolve inter-team friction.
  • Reporting & Reviews: work with the data person to ensure timely reporting to the founder; identify performance gaps and propose solutions.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of hardcore execution/ops experience in EV, logistics, lending, mobility, or similar industries
  • Proven track record of managing targets, teams, and timelines under pressure
  • Hard taskmaster — drives outcomes, not just relationships
  • Goal-oriented, resourceful, and impatient with delays or inefficiency
  • Not afraid to have tough conversations, enforce deadlines, and hold people accountable
  • Operates with a “Do it now” attitude — acts fast, fixes things, and moves on
  • Fluent in Hindi and English
  • Comfortable with field work, on-ground realities, and high-tempo environments
