About the role

Role focused on end-to-end credit evaluation, onboarding, verification, EMI tracking, and collections support for Enerjazz driver customers purchasing lithium-ion batteries. Builds and maintains a disciplined credit system to balance growth with portfolio quality.

Responsibilities

  • Credit Evaluation & Customer Onboarding: Conduct phone-based and field-based verification; confirm KYC, address, vehicle details, route, daily earnings, and references; identify fraud signals; score and categorize customers (A/B/C); approve or reject applications with documentation.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure complete KYC, rental agreement, RC, permit, Aadhaar, photos, and signatures before approval; maintain audit-ready files in Google Drive/CRM; cross-check duplicates and mismatches.
  • EMI Tracking & Collections Support: Track daily/weekly EMI status using CRM + Google Sheets; proactively call customers before due dates; escalate overdue cases; coordinate with field agents; maintain bucket-wise recovery performance.
  • Coordination With Sales & Ops: Validate customers with Sales; ensure no installation without credit clearance; coordinate with Logistics for installation timing based on approval status.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare weekly dashboards (approval rate, rejection reasons, pending cases, collection efficiency, overdue buckets); recommend improvements to credit policy based on field learnings.

Qualifications

  • Must-have: Strong Hindi communication (driver-level and professional); disciplined documentation and Google Sheets; ability to detect fraud patterns; comfortable with fieldwork (spot checks, dealer visits, house visits); calm, firm, and assertive mindset for credit + collections.
