Senior Community Association (HOA) Manager
About the role
Senior Community Association Manager to oversee multiple homeowner associations, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer service using Assembly’s management platform.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple HOA communities, ensuring high standards of efficiency and quality service.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Supervise maintenance projects, improvement initiatives, and construction projects to ensure timely, within-budget completion.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community board members, residents, and vendors.
- Serve as primary liaison addressing resident inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring rapid and satisfactory issue resolution.
- Facilitate welcoming and onboarding processes for new residents, promoting community engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in Assembly’s digital platform, including meeting minutes, management reports, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including familiarity with Davis-Stirling Act guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of direct HOA management experience.
- CMCA certification preferred; AMS certification is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with California HOA regulations (Davis-Stirling) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with digital management platforms and comfort with technology solutions.
