About the role
Director of Business Development for Assembly HOA, an AI-native HOA management company. Focused on winning new HOA management contracts in the San Francisco Bay Area, managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Work a steady pipeline of qualified HOA leads that we provide
- Run discovery calls and meetings with board members to understand their pain points
- Deliver proposals and board presentations, in person and over Zoom
- Negotiate terms and close signed management agreements
- Guide boards through switching management companies
- Keep an accurate pipeline in our CRM
- Hand off new accounts to operations for smooth onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a B2B or relationship-based sales role with a track record of hitting quota
- Experience selling to committees, boards, or property managers
- Comfortable running in-person presentations and long sales cycles
- Based in the region, with reliable transportation
