About the role

Remote, USA-based part-time 1099 contract role for physicians to provide off-hours pediatric care remotely through Blueberry Pediatrics’ telehealth platform.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill a minimum 20-30 hours of on-call time per week, predominantly extended weekend hours (Friday 4pm through Monday end of day EST); may include some overnight hours (1am-7am EST); time frame subject to change
  • Pick up overflow visits when not on call (compensation $25 per overflow visit)
  • Accomplish at least 5 or more visits per hour; higher hourly rate for more visits
  • Manage an EMR effectively
  • Ensure no conflict of interest with current job at competing pediatric telehealth company

Qualifications

  • Experienced multitasker; well versed in managing an EMR
  • No conflict of interest with current job at a competing pediatric telehealth company
  • Empathy, integrity, collaborative mindset, commitment to evidence-based medicine and Blueberry’s values
