About the role

Senior Graphic Designer to lead design across direct mail, digital ads, sales enablement, SEO graphics, and more for Tarro. Role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, creating print and digital concepts, animations, and Webflow-based web design, while maintaining brand guidelines and staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging direct mail pieces, from concept to final production, including print layouts, color accuracy, and postal specifications; collaborate with vendors for high-quality results.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts (in digital, print, and OOH) for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
  • Create illustrations that enhance storytelling and evolve them into animations for web pages.
  • Create and implement high-quality, responsive web designs using Webflow.
  • Monitor web analytics and contribute creative ideas in website improvements and new projects.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative management
  • Extensive experience in digital and print design, including web design (Webflow ideal), social media, and advertising
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
  • Ability to apply first-principles thinking to solve problems and develop new approaches
  • Aligned with Tarro’s vision and capable of startup-level commitment
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
