About the role

Role responsible for onboarding restaurant clients onto Tarro’s platform, translating clients’ operational needs into system configurations, leading cross-functional onboarding workflows, and ensuring a high-quality, go-live experience with ongoing client success post-launch.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding of new and reactivated restaurants
  • Conduct client interviews to document operational information
  • Translate client needs into back-end configuration across multiple products
  • Project-manage end-to-end cross-functional onboarding workflow
  • Design and implement Greendot product configuration for the client
  • Perform final QA checks before a restaurant goes live
  • Oversee seasonal or ad hoc menu changes and ensure revalidations meet client expectations
  • Own client experience for the first 14 days post-live
  • Act as escalation point for setup or support issues with strong client communication and de-escalation skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product implementation quality playbook

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or similar (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 3+ years experience in fast-paced startup
  • 2+ extensive experience in project management or client-facing roles
  • Extreme ownership of onboarding tasks
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Intellectual problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Enjoys working closely with clients
