About the role

Product-minded problem solver focusing on configuring and implementing Tarro for restaurant clients, translating menus into scalable, agent-friendly configurations and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure high-quality onboarding and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end configuration process for new restaurant clients, ensuring our platform reflects their menu and operations accurately, efficiently, and at scale.
  • Become an expert in our internal configuration tool, and translate complex restaurant menus into agent-friendly, customer-centric configurations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Voice Platform, Product, and Customer Support to ensure implementation is seamless and optimized for quality.
  • Identify and fix root causes of onboarding and configuration issues, proposing systemic improvements whenever possible.
  • Stay on the pulse of product changes and proactively apply new features that improve menu quality and therefore restaurant operations.
  • Contribute to evolving our implementation processes, tools, and documentation to improve speed, quality, and repeatability.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and love working through messy problems to find scalable solutions.
  • Product mindset—you think about how systems scale, not just about completing tasks.
  • Clear and proactive communication across functions, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-obsessed, and care deeply about delivering great experiences to restaurants and their customers.
