About the role

On-site CPA role at doola, delivering in-house tax services for US-based small businesses and entrepreneurs, with a focus on client-facing tax solutions, compliance, and process development in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • - You will be working as a CPA in a client-facing role to build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients providing appropriate tax solutions for small businesses and entrepreneurs

Qualifications

  • CPA license required
  • Experience preparing and reviewing Federal and State income tax returns for businesses; preparing quarterly estimates; handling tax notices and disputes
  • Familiar with form 1120/5472 for Non-US residents and form 1065 for partnerships
  • Comfortable with startup environment and navigating ambiguity, acting as a thought leader with minimal direction
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Effective English communication skills (written and oral)
