About the role

Founding deployment strategist responsible for end-to-end customer success, playbooks, adoption and retention, and acting as customer advocate to influence product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer success end-to-end: growing customer relationships, defining playbooks & processes (e.g., onboarding, training, enablement, renewals, expansions), building metrics to evaluate product impact & engagement, and scaling it as the customer base grows
  • Engage directly with existing customers and engineering & GTM teams to distill product feedback, remediate support issues, and proactively track adoption & retention in a data-driven way
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ use cases and business objectives to ensure products deliver maximum impact for complex workflows
  • Shape the product roadmap by identifying, synthesizing, and communicating themes from customer feedback across the base

Qualifications

  • Empathetic, mission-driven problem-solver with strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused and empathetic with ability to listen to and advocate for customer needs
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • High ownership mindset, able to drive projects from start to finish
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with bias toward action
  • Ideally familiar with AI tech and its applications, with some technical experience
