About the role

Forward Deployed Engineering role embedding with customer organizations to deliver high-stakes projects, own end-to-end execution, and directly impact product and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects, independently or in small teams.
  • Embed with customer organizations to deliver critical outcomes and improve Credal’s product.
  • Iterate with leaders and end users to refine approaches and code.
  • Operate with a startup-like mindset, managing real-world complexity and ambiguity.
  • Collaborate with teams to build secure, governance-focused AI workflows.

Qualifications

  • Technical, curious, analytic mindset with focus on user-centric product development.
  • People-oriented, able to work with leaders and end users.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and evolve approaches beyond predefined Jira tickets.
