About the role

Senior Associate role on EliseAI’s Corporate Development & Partnerships team, owning end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives across housing-related markets, with cross-functional collaboration to source, structure, close, and execute partnerships and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and prioritize the partnership and corporate development pipeline, owning the relationship end-to-ends
  • Lead the cross-functional work - with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Legal - needed to turn a signed agreement into a live partnership, and keep internal and external incentives aligned along the way
  • Own the ongoing evaluation and monitoring of market segments and partner companies across the industries relevant to the EliseAI platform
  • Evaluate specific partnership and corporate development opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and present conclusions and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Help attract, hire, and develop top-tier talent as the team grows

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in strategic partnerships at high growth startups, investment banking, management consulting or other relevant roles (corporate/business development, strategy or founder) at high growth startups
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments, and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across teams and partner companies
  • Ability to work in-person at our NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week
