About the role

EliseAI is seeking a Field Enablement Specialist to own the in-person adoption experience for customers as they roll out AI across properties. The role blends training, consulting, and tool development, working with cross-functional teams to tailor experiences, gather feedback, and evolve training in line with product and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Adoption in the field: Design and deliver tailored, interactive live training sessions and workshops that give new and existing customers a deep, working understanding of our products.
  • Consult, don’t just train: Get close to each customer's workflows and onsite operations, and customize every workshop to their specific needs rather than running a one-size-fits-all deck
  • Co-building the toolkit: Partner with the customer education team to develop AI-powered training tools and customer-specific modules that make every future session sharper
  • Closing the feedback loop: Drive our product forward by bringing back actionable feedback from the field
  • Iterating in real time: Proactively seek feedback throughout each training, spotting gaps and adjusting your approach on the spot
  • Work cross-functionally: collaborate with teams across the company to make sure customer training evolves in line with our product, our business, and our customers
  • Stay ahead of the field: track industry trends and best practices in training and onboarding, and bring new approaches back to the team
  • Represent EliseAI: help attract top-tier talent to join the team
  • Travel: up to 75% of the time. This is a field role; the best work happens onsite with the customer

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, coaching, implementation, or consultant role.
  • Experience translating customer education resources into live, interactive training for diverse audiences
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to conduct in-person training sessions with clients
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate expertise in our products
  • Proven ability to build rapport with customers and establish trusted advisor relationships.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to conduct sessions in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in the multifamily industry as a trainer, coach, or onsite team member is a plus
