About the role

Product Operations Manager at EliseAI driving growth across new product lines for enterprise customers by partnering with Product and Engineering to turn ideas into reliable, scalable solutions. Focused on execution, launch quality, data-informed iteration, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product requirements into clear, buildable workflows through specs, diagrams, and edge-case definition
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with new clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Drive launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through release
  • Own enterprise implementation readiness, including migrations, permissions, templates, and configurations
  • Lead post-launch follow-through to ensure issues are identified, resolved, and learned from
  • Use SQL and internal tools to analyze product usage, adoption, and workflow health
  • Own feedback loop conversations, synthesizing data across multiple channels such as call snippets, Datadog, support tickets, surveys, and more—acting as the Voice of the Customer to drive short- and long-term improvements
  • Build and scale product operations processes, including monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing support operations
  • Manage product compliance requirements and collaborate with Legal on regulatory or policy-related initiatives
  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Qualifications

  • Experience in product operations, management consulting, or related operational roles in high-growth tech companies
  • Working proficiency in SQL and comfort driving independent analysis
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
  • Strong written communication skills, including specs and process documentation
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
