About the role

Senior Fullstack TypeScript Developer to design and develop features for lemlist’s SaaS products, with a backend-oriented focus on Node.js and MongoDB. Remote-friendly, autonomous role within a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features from scratch, both on the frontend and backend, independently developing new features that enhance user experience and increase product functionality
  • Improve the code base with refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Help the customer support team on technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing and capacity building by training fellow developers, enhancing overall team competency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Expert in TypeScript / Javascript with at least 5 years of XP
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining web applications
  • Robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects
  • Fast learner
  • Comfortable with agile methodologies
  • Good communication, enjoys remote work tools (Gather, Slack, Notion)
  • Adaptable and able to work on frontend integration, back-end development, mongo optimization, customer support, and more
  • Speaks French and English and in the French timezone
