About the role

Seeking a senior AI engagement manager to build and maintain strategic partnerships with creative, entertainment, and enterprise clients, providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and ensuring successful AI-driven content creation collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Own deep, trusted C-suite level relationships with Runway's most strategic partners (Hollywood studios, Fortune 100 enterprises).
  • Collaborate with creative teams at major studios, brands, and corporations to co-create award-winning content.
  • Translate use cases into initiatives that influence product strategy and industry positioning.
  • Learn and understand client content pain points and propose solutions using Runway's platform.
  • Identify and prototype new markets and opportunities for products.
  • Develop a technical understanding of Runway's products and roadmaps.
  • Onboard new partners to platform/API, supporting their long-term expansion.
  • Provide feedback to product, engineering, and creative teams.
  • Analyze and report on partnership performance using BI tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in customer-facing roles engaging with C-level technical audiences within tech, finance, or consulting.
  • Led complex implementations of Generative AI or ML solutions with measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, especially with executives.
  • High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies and systems.
  • Experience with prototyping ideas and iterative development.
  • Nice to have: experience with data tooling and BI systems (e.g., SQL, BigQuery).
