About the role

Recruiting for product, design, and engineering roles at Runway, supporting hiring managers with strategic sourcing, interview processes, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and offer delivery.
  • Lead and deliver a best in class candidate experience by responding promptly and managing thorough interview processes.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Track search metrics and provide weekly updates to stakeholders.
  • Design unbiased interview processes and sourcing strategies to promote diversity.
  • Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years at a fast-scaling software company.
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, meetups, Gem.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse or Ashby preferred).
  • Ability to work quickly and focus on impact.
