Senior Product Manager role focused on Databricks AI to shape and scale enterprise AI capabilities, including generative AI, agents, and workflows, partnering with engineering and research to turn AI breakthroughs into practical products for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the future of enterprise AI: Define and drive the vision for Databricks AI in generative AI, agents, and new workloads
  • Turn breakthroughs into products: Partner with engineering and research to translate AI advances into practical tools for millions of users
  • Expand what’s possible for customers: Engage with data and AI leaders to uncover new use cases and design repeatable, accessible products
  • Be the voice of vision and execution: Inspire roadmap, guide engineering, and communicate how Databricks AI enables customer achievements
  • Build for scale and longevity: Define strategy and principles guiding Databricks AI long-term as the industry evolves

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience, preferably with enterprise SaaS or developer platforms
  • Strong technical background in computer science, AI/ML, or related engineering fields
  • Proven ability to partner with senior engineers and research leaders, deep on technical concepts while maintaining customer value
  • Track record of bringing products from vision to launch in fast-moving, competitive spaces
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable with SQL, product usage data, and operational dashboards
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse stakeholders (customers, engineering, go-to-market)
  • Bonus: exposure to building AI/ML or generative AI–powered products
