About the role

Leads the architecting/building of processes to help customers ramp quickly and thrive with Seam; focuses on customer success, contract renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and customer satisfaction post-implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lay the foundation for scalable growth and customer success motion by building playbooks and repeatable best practices.
  • Reduce beta launch to 12-month deal value timelines.
  • Ensure high contract renewal rates.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation, drive customer satisfaction, and host QBRs for large customers.
  • Deeply understand customer market and sales processes and work with sales and marketing teams to create onboarding and growth strategies.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to shape product roadmap.
  • Occasionally travel to customer offices and conferences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Growth Manager or similar role.
  • Comfortable understanding and selling technical products like APIs, embeddable products, pre-built UI flows.
  • Experience building growth and customer success processes, playbooks, onboarding flows, QBRs.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in front of customers.
  • Experience with data-driven sales and growth processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • High level of ownership and accountability, able to work autonomously.
  • Experience working in small, fast-moving startup environments.
  • Excited to work in person with the team in San Francisco.
