About the role

Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers. The Senior Full-stack Engineer will own work across the entire stack, provide technical leadership, and help balance pragmatic trade-offs to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work across the entire stack — seamlessly transitioning between frontend, backend, and infrastructure tasks.
  • Be the go-to person for technical guidance and architectural decisions within the team — assume a leadership role when systems face challenges and drive effective problem resolution.
  • Identify and address premature over-engineering to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Navigate long-term trade-offs and optimise solutions considering downstream consequences of programming choices.
  • Ship with the business in mind — code serves the customer problem and you thrive on informed trade-offs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of four years of professional programming experience, preferably within a small team with high ownership.
  • Language- and tool-agnostic — you pick what fits the problem; not dogmatic about a specific language or library.
  • Holistic engineer comfortable across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
  • Pragmatist over a perfectionist — know when good enough now beats perfect later.
  • Business-aware — understands engineering decisions are trade-offs in service of the customer problem.
