About the role

Technical consultant to help fashion companies digitize workflows, acting as the bridge between clients and CLO's software development team to ensure solutions align with customer needs and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • 培训服装企业、院校类用户，并提供技术支持
  • 协助销售团队进行售前技术支持，包括软件演示及3D效果制作
  • 协助客户制定3D项目的实施方案和计划，并持续跟进
  • 与团队成员沟通，将客户需求反映到CLO软件的升级优化中参与用户社区建设与多个团队合作开展项目研究
  • 策划和举办各类线下及线上活动

Qualifications

  • 0~2年服装或时尚行业工作经验，良好的服装专业基础，包括版型、面料相关知识
  • 熟练掌握PS/AI，并具备卓越的审美能力
  • 已经会熟练使用CLO或其它3D软件人员优先考虑
  • 能熟练使用其他相关3D软件，熟悉3D动画制作和PBR流程，比如UE5，Substance，Blender，C4D等
  • 英语能力强者优先考虑
  • 热爱数字时尚
  • 灵活变通，能够适应快节奏的工作环境
  • 工作抗压性强，可以接受愿意出差（经常性）
  • 沟通能力强，善于进行团队合作学习能力强，有创造力，有好奇心，有自驱力
