About the role

Finance & Accounting role focused on corporate card and expense management, domestic sales accounts receivable, and cash reconciliation, with automation and AI-driven workflow improvements to support growth.

Responsibilities

  • 법인카드 매출전표와 증빙을 대사하고 사용 내역을 관리합니다.
  • 출장비, 자기계발비, 동호회비, 개인경비 등의 비용 마감을 총괄합니다.
  • 국내외 매출과 매출채권을 관리하고, 월별 채권 연령을 분석해 관리합니다.
  • 더존 시스템에서 국내 입출금 건을 반제 처리합니다.
  • ERP 구축, IFRS 전환, 이전가격(TP), 내부통제 등 F&A 내부 프로젝트에 참여하고 지원합니다.
  • 세무신고와 외부감사 대응을 지원합니다.
  • AI 에이전트와 협업해 비용 대사와 서류 작업을 자동화하고 결산 프로세스를 개선합니다.

Qualifications

  • 재무∙회계 분야 실무 경력이 최소 1년 이상인 분
  • 회계원리에 대한 이해가 탄탄하고, IFRS 혹은 US-GAAP 등 회계기준에 관심이 있거나 기본 지식을 갖춘 분
  • 엑셀을 활용한 데이터 정리 및 문서 작성에 능숙한 분
  • 꼼꼼하고 주도적인 태도로 유관 부서와 원활한 협업할 수 있는 분
  • 해외 오피스 직원과 영어로 업무 소통을 할 수 있는 분 (Business Fluent 이상)
