About the role

Back Office Specialist role supporting banking operations in Chisinau, Moldova, within Cedacri International (ION Group). Hybrid, full-time, with a 3-month paid training period and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of bank documentation, data entry, bank wire transfer, and verification of documentation uploaded.
  • Management of administrative issues, securities transfers and settlements.
  • Gathering and processing research data.
  • Other duties: may be assigned additional tasks as role expands.

Qualifications

  • Students in the last year of College, University, Faculty of Economics, Finance or bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance.
  • Written & verbal English skills.
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams and passion for innovative culture.
  • Knowledge of Italian language is an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
