About the role

Role within ION Group focusing on managing suspicious or blocked financial transactions, monitoring alerts, and ensuring service continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analyzing alerts related to potential blocking events affecting the bank or its clients
  • Managing suspicious or blocked transactions and interacting with end clients to gather further information
  • Verifying and validating the authenticity of financial operations
  • Collaborating effectively with IT providers and stakeholders to ensure service continuity
  • Producing and maintaining technical and functional documentation
  • Other duties: potential additional tasks as role expands

Qualifications

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics
  • No prior work experience in software development required
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Italian
