About the role

Graduate development program for recent graduates to become full-stack engineers with a 80/20 split between software engineering and AI projects, on a full-time permanent contract with hybrid work in Pisa, Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the development of innovative software solutions with real market impact
  • Designing, developing, and testing code across different technology stacks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship high-impact products
  • Solving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions
  • Iterating on your work based on feedback, performance data, and evolving requirements

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a STEM discipline — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record
  • Programming experience in one or more of: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+)
  • Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
