About the role

Graduate Development Program for recent graduates in a Software Product Company (FinTech). Three-year program with four phases, full-time permanent contract, hybrid work, based in Italy (multiple Italian cities). Exposure to trading and workflow automation, data processing, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
  • Supporting data processing and contributing to business intelligence initiatives
  • Collaborating with product, development, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Presenting findings, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real-world data

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a STEM field — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record
  • Written and spoken English at B2 level or above
  • Strong collaboration and teamworking skills
  • Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
