About the role

Responsible for managing and deepening customer relationships through remote channels, guiding customers on products, resolving queries, and driving engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right investment/Upstox products.
  • Drive conversions, renewals, and product adoption.
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship quality.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and process guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide customer insights and feedback.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets related to sales, activation, and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in any field.
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in sales, renewals, insurance, customer service, or financial products.
  • Experience in health insurance, general insurance, or policy advisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial products is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Ability to manage customer queries end-to-end and maintain strong relationships.
  • Exposure to cross-selling and upselling financial or insurance products.
  • Experience in guiding junior team members or resolving customer escalations.
