About the role

Senior Product Designer responsible for shaping the core product design at Riot, collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered, high-quality product experiences in a cybersecurity awareness platform.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
  • Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers.
  • Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Design and ship high-quality product improvements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software.
  • 4+ years experience using Figma as a design tool.
  • Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end.
  • Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems.
  • An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI details.
  • Proficiency in prototyping your ideas to help articulate nuanced design decisions.
  • You're an explorer and don't mind getting out of your comfort zone.
  • You are comfortable with feedback and committed to continually exploring alternative solutions.
  • You don't need to be an expert on cybersecurity, but you need to be motivated by the mission.
