About the role

Warp is hiring an Account Executive to join the growing sales team and help bring the future of payroll and HR to ambitious companies. You’ll own the sales process end-to-end, build pipeline, run discovery, demo Warp, and close new customers with ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from outbound prospecting to discovery, demoing Warp, and closing deals.
  • Consistently source and qualify new leads.
  • Follow up, close, and hand off customers to the customer success team
  • Collaborate with SDR's, Marketing and Product to create a smooth buying experience.
  • Maintain and log all sales touch points within Salesforce

Qualifications

  • High level of comfort with modern sales tools
  • Experience handling a full-cycle sales process
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • High sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
  • Willingness and openness to learn new things on a daily basis
  • Previous experience as an SDR or BDR
  • 1-2 years of selling experience
