About the role

Senior Software Engineer at Nooks.ai driving AI agents for the Agent Workspace in GTM, building end-to-end agents to automate sales work and iterate with customers to impact revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI agents that drive revenue, end to end. GM-level responsibility for customers' revenue numbers.
  • Build agents across the breadth of a sales rep's workday (account strategy, prospecting, outbound emails, LinkedIn DMs, gifting, call prep, followups).
  • Fully automate nuanced work on the SDR's behalf, with learning, calibration of trust, and clear evaluations of effectiveness.
  • Work with customers, including participation in Slack channels and on-call collaboration to ship agent improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally including time as a technical founder, founding engineer, or forward-deployed engineer at a high-bar environment.
  • Production experience with AI agents (shipped a prompt or tool change in response to a user issue within the same week).
  • Strong opinions, held loosely, about which insights belong in the platform vs customer-facing modifiers.
  • High agency and ownership of outcomes without a defined playbook.
  • Strong foundation in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python.
